The IBA Demon
The IBA Demon

Notes: Well, this was meant to be part of three images (as I was meant to draw one for the ITC and also OFCOM but I sort of havn't bothered with drawing them as I have been too busy doing coursework to do anything else).

So here's an explination... This be the demon of the Independent Broadcasting Authority. On his fork are the words ILR (Independent Local Radio), ITV (Independent Television, duh) and BSB (British Satilette Broadcasting), this shows that the IBA regulated those services. The words S4C (Sianel Pedwar Cymru) and CH4 (Channel Four Television, duh) around his chest is to represent that the IBA owned S4C and Channel Four (at the time). DMAC on the other side of the fork represents one of the technologies the IBA had developed. By the early 90s, the IBA was split into three: ITC (televison), Radio Authority (do I even need to mention it?) and NTL (yes, the same NTL that provides those cable services which managed the former IBA transmitters but they don't anymore).

Artwork wise, it looks awful in some places. Those fingers look too small and thin (almost bad as me ;_;), that neck look a little too long for my liking and that coat looks dodgy for some daft reason. I don't know why I drew this @_@;
